After graduating from emlyon MBA in 2004, she started her new career as an HR consultant focusing on talent management and talent development in Tokyo.
In 2014, she relocated to the USA for her husband’s work with their two young children. Now she is working as an international transition and intercultural management coach with ICF (International Coaching Federation) PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certification.
